Return Policy

Return Window:
You must request a return within 1 day of receiving your order. After this period, returns cannot be processed.


When Returns Are Accepted

We only accept returns in the following cases:

Product is received in an open or tampered condition

Product itself is damaged

We put significant effort into providing accurate product descriptions and images, so no returns will be accepted for reasons other than those listed above.

To qualify, you must provide:

Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)

Clear photos and videos showing the damage at the time of unboxing


How to Request a Return

If your request is approved, we’ll send you:

A prepaid return shipping label

Step-by-step instructions for returning the item

Important: Do not ship items back to us without receiving approval. Such returns will be rejected.


No Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. All product details are clearly listed. If you need additional information before purchasing, reach out to us at bonzobears@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 9176767070. Once an order is placed, no exchange requests will be entertained.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us again at bonzobears@gmail.com.
